Elcar Offroad is the off-road workshop of Lauria, in the province of Potenza, based at Contrada Pecorone 287. Operating in southern Italy as an artisan laboratory, the company has built the reputation of the Defender Atelier: decades of specialization on Land Rover make it the center of excellence for 4x4 enthusiasts in the Italian South, with skills that apply to off-road vehicles in general, including Jeeps and American off-roaders.

Services are structured on three levels. Bespoke restoration brings historic vehicles back to their former glory, integrating modern innovations that improve performance and reliability without betraying originality. Bespoke off-road preparation runs from the first consultation to delivery, with the team working closely with the customer to translate their ambitions into the finished vehicle. As a complement, the atelier designs and produces bespoke components: premium suspension, robust frames, high-quality interiors and state-of-the-art technology, also available through its own online store with sections dedicated to protection, engine preparation, interior accessories and lighting.
